A connector list is not the full implementation
Write down the exact operation you need: creating a lead, adding a note, booking a slot or checking an order. Ask whether that operation is native, requires a third-party automation or needs your own endpoint. Also ask who supports it when the external service changes.
Do not assume that because one platform supports a CRM, every action and custom field is available. Equally, do not call a generic API connection unusable just because it requires engineering. Compare the setup and maintenance burden for your team.
In Burki, live calendar booking requires the supported Cal.com connection and event type. Other existing supported tools can supply actions within their configured scope. This is not a claim of native parity with Synthflow's entire integration catalog.
Test one small business journey
Supply the same approved facts and task to both products. A useful example is answering a service question, capturing a request and confirming the details. Next, interrupt with a correction and ask for something outside the supplied policy.
Observe whether the assistant preserves the correction, admits missing information and avoids claiming an unconfigured action. If the pilot includes a real external action, inspect that system's record. Label simulations as simulations.
Use the voice demo checklist to separate conversation quality from telephone routing and integration reliability. A browser test is valuable, but it does not prove an unanswered human transfer will recover correctly.
Compare the full commitment
Collect quotes for your configured models, anticipated usage, telephone destinations, number resources and required options. Include subscription commitments or minimums when they apply, rather than comparing only one usage component.
Burki's usage pricing and browser trial guide describe its own starting conditions. A low-cost trial is useful when it answers a specific buying question; a larger allowance is not automatically a better production fit.
