Information we use
When you submit our SMS form, we record the phone number you provide, your request, the disclosure version and the time of submission. We also use request information to prevent abuse. If messaging becomes available, we use message and consent records to provide requested service texts, respond to support requests and honor opt-outs.
Requests are reviewed
Submitting the form records a request for review. It does not verify who controls the number, activate messaging, or remove an existing opt-out. Texting is awaiting carrier activation.
No sale or marketing sharing
We do not sell or share mobile information, SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers that support storage, security and message delivery may process this information only to operate the service for us.
Your choices
Once messaging is available, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. To withdraw a pending request, ask about your information, or request correction or deletion, contact [email protected]. We retain records to document requests and consent, honor opt-outs, prevent abuse and meet our obligations.
