Program and consent
Burki AI, Inc.’s SMS program covers customer support and service information you request. It is not a marketing subscription. Only submit a number you own or control. By selecting the SMS consent box and submitting the form, you request these service texts and agree to their stated purpose. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Review and availability
We review requests and verify ownership and the requested purpose before recording sending permission. Submitting a form does not activate messaging, confirm control of a phone number or override an opt-out. Texting is awaiting carrier activation; no immediate text or delivery date is promised.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your requests and service activity. Message and data rates may apply under your carrier’s plan. Delivery depends on carrier and network availability; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stop messages or get help
Once messaging is available, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. For help now, or to withdraw a pending request, email [email protected]. A new form submission does not remove an existing opt-out.
Privacy
Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our SMS Privacy Policy for how we use program information.
